My Dr. ordered a CT scan. estimate from hospital. $7200! The super friendly staff at MDI only charged $1249, and it still went to my insurance for coverage. They got me in under a week, everyone was professional and helpful. Definitely check them out.

I didn’t even get the chance to have the MRI. Very upset. If I could rate this as a zero I would. Took almost an hour on the phone to figure out the scheduling difficulties... I was patient and kind the entire time. When we were reaching the end, I was asked if I had a mask. I politely said no and explained that I could not wear one. I explained the reason as to why. Very disappointed. They don’t do monthly payments anymore. Nobody can afford a $900 MRI. This kind of place needs to be reported

Closes at 5:30pm, I called at 5pm to make an appointment for my son's x-ray. I was on hold for 30min, with the recording telling me over and over that they appreciate my call and that my call is important to them, that I was next in line, that they want 100% customer satisfaction, we'll be with you as soon as possible, etc. But no one ever answered. I hung up at 5:30pm when they were officially closed but no one ever answered, no appointment, nothing. This is not 100% customer satisfaction.
