I tried microneedling for the first time at this office and I was a bit nervous about the procedure. But the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, they put me at ease and answered all my questions. I do not live in DC but I plan to drive to this office for repeat business because the experience was so seamless and pleasant
They're very flexible and friendly. I had to bring my daughter in one time and they were so open to having her and ensure that she's safe and occupied while I had my treatment done. I had a scheduled appointment but my day cleared up and I asked if they can move my time up and them being flexible, they moved it up with no problem. Love their hospitality and customer service! They're also very patience with me!!
