RecommendedToday I had a physical with Dr. Laura Chin-Lenn. I am very happy to have her as my new primary care doctor. She is very friendly and kind as well as intelligent and thorough. The nurse Val was also great as well as the other staff members in the office. I am glad to be a new patient here and look forward to continuing my health care needs at the Boynton Beach office of Medical Consultants of Florida.
I like my dr(s) and the staff is friendly. As far as getting refferals and medication refills though... they are horrible at answering the phone or returning phone calls. When I do get in contact with someone, they try to be helpful and will tell you that everything will be taken care of but NOTHING ever happens. I've been trying to get a referral straightened out for 6 months now. And I've tried to get a medication refill for over 3 weeks now. Unless you are in their office, not much gets done. I like Dr. Rivera but the office is the most incompetent team I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and if they do they are very knowledgeable. They are pleasant but always blame there shortcomings on someone or something else. They just need to clean house, structure needs to be a top down kinda thing.
