Every time I try to make an appointment the line is always busy. Today I have been trying from 8:30am till now at 11:45am This is an ongoing problem. Another instant, my son was sick for 3 days and they wouldn't see him that day because they said he hasn't been there in one year. So obviously, you get penilized for being healthy. I've been going to them for 2 years and it's getting progressively worse.
After being a patient of Dr Chin-Lenn for about 15 years, the service that her office now gives is unacceptable.She is now part of a large Corporation (Medical Consultants of Florida) and the staff is inexperienced (they don't stay long); and the Dr is so involved in the Corporate necessities that she doesn't give the time to the patients that was what my husband and I always liked about her,. We will probably be in the market for a new dedicated primary physician!
