Dr. Laura Chin-Lenn is an excellent doctor and her staff always does their best to be courteous. I found that using the Patient Portal is the best way to contact the office these days, because their phones are always busy. That means that a lot of people are patients there, because they are good.

Today I had a physical with Dr. Laura Chin-Lenn. I am very happy to have her as my new primary care doctor. She is very friendly and kind as well as intelligent and thorough. The nurse Val was also great as well as the other staff members in the office. I am glad to be a new patient here and look forward to continuing my health care needs at the Boynton Beach office of Medical Consultants of Florida.

Are you serious? I've been trying to get through for over 48hrs and still have zero success! No one answers, goes directly to a recording that doesn't give you an option for VM. Online Boynton isn't an option to even make an appt with my dr. who happens to be great, DR. Chin-Len, but I can't get to make an appt. I emailed...no one emails back. Unless I physically drive over to the office to make an appointment there IS NO WAY TO MAKE AN APPT. This is not "good or best practice" and further more it is a LIABILITY to all the p... read more
