There was a time that this location was my GP. When he took another position "the wheels came off". That is history and now these guys hit on all cylinders. I see Mike Connor under the supervision of Dr. Kevin Shih. They have continued to get better since the new team is in place and I would give them 100% for meeting all my needs. I went to Dr. Shadle for over 10 years. Today is my first appointment after he's no longer in the capacity as a PCP. My first red flag was when the physican got my age wrong, played it off as of you look like "x" age. What else is he missing during my visits? I had to wait longer than expected to get blood work drawn. After about 30+ minutes I inquired with a young lady at the front desk. Used to be a great practice before WellMed took over. Have tolerated it for past few years. Not anymore! Poor communication and completely unreliable staff. I’m a self pay ( no insurance )patient and they consistently sent invoices weeks after I paid the bill in full for the appointment on the day of service. Save yourself the time and frustrations of dealing with them.

Absolutely not happy with the front desk at this location! The staff in the back are nice! I was scheduled for my annual exam and asked the front desk how many hours I needed to fast before my blood work. The lady told me that they only do basics during their initial appt. and then will be scheduled to draw blood, but when I got there, the staff in the back said I was supposed to fast for blood work.....Ok, so I had to reschedule my appointment, then the morning of my appt. the receptionist called to tell me that they needed... read more

If this rating was purely for Dr. Shadle, it would be 5 stars. He is (was) an awesome doctor. I always felt like he cared, and he took his time with me. I went to him for over 15 years. Unfortunately however, he sold the practice to a corporate entity that clearly has no interest in any kind of customer service or care. The staff are unfriendly and uncaring and often rude. They make mistakes, then blame you. They change your appointments, then expect you go just go with the flow as if it's nothing. Sorry, but no thank you. Y... read more
