Unfortunately it always feel like they're after your money. Some doctors and nurses are so rude too, I go because they're faster than other places!

These folks have caused no end of frustration for me! My review is not based on a single event, but on a repetitive pattern of ineptness and absence of follow-through. They have failed to submit referrals that are necessary to see specialists over 50% of the time. Twice this has resulted in having to cancel appointments in the waiting room when the referrals were supposed to have been completed weeks beforehand (no excuse!). Communication is terrible!
