Personally, I love Medical Clinic of Houston. Dr Lux and his staff are amazing as is Dr Springer and Dr. Folb. My husband and I have been going there for many years. I'm sorry others have not had a good experience. It has been wonderful for us!
Dr. Khatri is wonderful very caring and helpful. She really listens. Her nurses are very helpful especially Carolyn- they really go out of their way to get you in and help. Now for the Really, Really bad part "Frances" and "Karen" in billing are useless!!! They actually want you do do their job!!! It all started with a "follow up" mammogram. Rude and inept on the phone, dishonest, and they have deceptive billing practices. They gave me a quote for a medical procedure and then reneged on it. The worst part was the practice manager called me after I complained and tried to insist that I must have called a different facility and mixed up the quotes. That would be impossible because I didn't speak to any other facilities except theirs! Then she claimed she checked the phone records and they had no record of me calling them on that day.
