The nurses and Dr's were great.
Sent to an observation floor which was an old ICU floor. My son did not have an ID band on. There was no bathroom. The toilet is under the sink, and once you pull the sink cabinet back to get access to the toilet, it is a steel toilet, as you would see in prison. Room was so small. Worst hospital room I have ever been in. One morning on the floor, the shift change happens at 6:45 and the first time we ever met the new day nurse was after 9am. I had my gallbladder surgery with Dr. Furrukh Jabbar, and I am very happy with my experience. Dr. Jabbar was professional, caring, and reassuring throughout the entire process.
