I had an excellent experience yesterday. I have had a previous history at other facilities when it came time to getting my IVs started. I'm a very bad stick, my veins roll, hide or they blow. There are other facilities that do not use a numbing agent when they start IVs . Medical city did and that made him very stressful situation turn into a pleasant one !!!
They are not providing the correct or proper care to those patients transferred from Houston.
Our experience in labor and delivery was horrible. Incompetent nurse. I would never recommend for a natural birth. Billing and customer service was also incompetent and not helpful.
On Friday I had to have a cardioversion/TEE done at the Cath Lab at Medical City Dallas. My arrival was at 5:45 for a 6am check-in time. I was greeted warmly from the admission staff; and the procedures were explained in detail by my nurses, and Cath Lab staff. I felt comfortable the entire time, and received great care the entire time. The ordeal went down without a complication or issue. I have loved it here! I found out in June that I had breast cancer. From the beginning everyone has been great! I just had surgery and my nurses were awesome!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!
All staff is extremely nurturing, and kind! Their amazing attitude is one that I am taking back into my classroom at Samuell High School!
I was sent here from CareNow Garland due to possible appendicitis. I waited about 5 minutes and was taken back in a wheelchair since I couldn't walk. My techs were very personable and told me exactly what they were doing before they did it. I only wish I could've seen my CAT scan of my abdomen/ovaries.
