We are from Chicago, our son lives in Dallas he had a brain aneurysm on January 24, 2018 at 26 years old, we were on a plane and there with in 4 hours, he was just out of surgery , Dr. Venizelos had us on the phone and talking to him right out of surgery🙏🏻 your staff and Doctors saved his life 🙏🏻we will be forever grateful to all of you ❤️God bless you all ❤️ he is doing great and celebrating life each and everyday ! better ER doctors! more compassion and spend more than 5 minutes with patients. they diagnosed me with vertigo and it ended up being a brain tumor! horrible service.
Actually expect long term patients (25 days) who have visitors to pay for parking each day??? That really sucks.....Medical City Frisco doesn't charge AT ALL for parking. That staff in admissions pass the buck by stating that the hospital doesn't manage/own the parking. WRONG!
I have been to Medical City Dallas many times and have always had a good to excellent experience. However, I was in October 10-12, 2018, admitted from the ER to the 5th floor of the E building for hypotension. While there, I started developing a cough with burning in my chest. Respiratory treatments were ordered for every four hours. After a severe coughing fit, I told the nurse to call respiratory since I hadn’t had a treatment in six hours. My husband Lindol (Len) had a lung transplant over 20 years ago at Dallas Medical City. Dr. Shulkin took excellent care of Len. We truly do think highly of this hospital. Thank you

I have yet to see a hospital I have been admitted to in 24 hours to not have the name of your doctor, nurse or nurse in charge PCA. No Information, no instruction, even the food I was not told I have to call down to order on my own. The lack of basic care and acknowledgement of my needs leaves a feeling of abandonment or no empathy on their part.
