I cannot express enough how horrible my experience at the ED was tonight. I tend to steer clear of emergency rooms to begin with but with my 3 month old’s condition and my PCP’s advice to bring her and even calling the nurse line which also advised me to bring her in I came in and even waited 6 plus hours to be brought back. We’re in the room I’m doing the best I can to keep my baby comfortable, her alarms keep going off and no one comes in to even introduce themselves or acknowledge that we’re here. My mother has been here 6 days. She should have gone to rehab on day 2 post OP. These people could not find there butt with a map! Don't come here with your elderly family! they just want to milk Medicare for extra days all while delaying the patients care.

I was flown here and had a csection welcoming my 27 weeker. She's still in the NICU and I must say I wouldn't want my daughter anywhere else besides home (of course). The doctors and nurses are wonderful. They took great care of me and even more amazing care of my daughter. Espiecially RN Michael . He's been taking care of my baby for the past 3 days and I absolutely love him and how he takes the time to explain everything to us.

I just had the worst experience out of my surgeries. 2 nurses were the worst ever. you probably wouldn't even believe if I told you all that happened with those 2. All others and the doctors were great. but when u have 2 nurses that are like these 2 are then the best thing to do is to remove them from your staff so their poor professionalism doesn't reflect on the rest of the hospital and the rest of the staff. I could not deal one more minute with the last nurse. he was so bad that I stayed sleeping most of the day so I did... read more

I choose to take my 7 mos old baby to medical city dallas just because they were/are 100% in network w/ our wonderful insurance UHC/GEHA. after 10 mos 2 out of network doctors who choose to work in this in network hospital, are asking us for a total of 7,000 in less than 2 weeks, is this even ethical? they were already paid 40% by my insurance.
