RecommendedI have had family members gone to many hospitals and we always had to be in top of staff for our love ones to get attention or even meds. I came into Raulerson Hospital on Tuesday 230am as a patoent; with a fever of 103.9 due to a kidney stone. When I say I felt safe and in good hands since been attended by the E.R. personnel is truly coming from my heart. They made sure to run the necessary tests to make sure what was wrong with me. RecommendedMany things: The ladies know how to hit my hard to draw veins, my records are always available (in person & online), the personnel (whether volunteer or staff) always treat others with compassion and skill.....could go on but don't have enough time to list them all here.
The first time I went I left a five star, but this time the Dr was awful... what happened why did you guys do this....shame on you update, the shot wearing off, wtf am I supposed to do? nobody wants to go to the ER and obtain a 5000 dollar medical bill, if ibuprofen would fix this, I'm in pain!!!!

RecommendedI had my son here on May 2, he is currently still in the nicu with jaundice and we are over the top blessed to have the nurses that are in the nicu taking care of our boy. He is in great hands and it makes it easier being home without him, knowing he is so well taken care of. I will forever deliver my kids at this hospital.
