We did a web checkin. They called us about 30 minutes later to come in. Once we got there they made us sit another hour and a half and wait before a doctor saw us. What is the point of the web checkin if we have to wait so long once we get here? Not efficient and too long of a wait. Will consider another place next time.
We come here rather frequently for our kids (both under 3 yrs). The nurses are kind and are able to get my toddler to giggle and be less nervous. The 3 doctors we have seen were good, I trusted their diagnosis. One even followed up this us by phone when my daughter had a repeat Infection, we were very appreciative. I’m glad theres a place like this nearby for after-hours & weekend medical care since we working parents have difficulty getting off to take kids to their regular pediatrician when something needs immediate attent... read more
It always stinks when kids are sick, but it’s nice to know that there’s a place that will take care of them and help them feel better.
My child is in good hands here (we are still here). I got here 10 mins after it opened and there was no wait time. I’m thankful for no only the speed of service but the high quality of care. Thank you Ms. Marilyn, Kim and Brandi for taking the best care of my son. Appreciative and grateful!
Everyone was nice except the doctor. Not patient and rude. Maybe time for him to retire.
