Great hospital, with wonderful doctors nurses and techs. Just wish they had a better cafeteria.
Love that they take your info once you are in the room vs. filling out paperwork in the waiting area. This seems to really speed up the process in my mind. Very clean. Very friendly staff all around. Thank you to the staff who took great care of us tonight!!! Perez is awesome!!! He took time to keep things very sterile and offered up some good advice. It might not show to the average person but when you are in and out of doctors offices all the time it is nice to have a clean place to go with friendly faces!!! Thanks again!
Went in Thursday morning around 9 with right upper abdominal pain that I have been having since Monday. Couldn't keep any food day nor could I even drink water! They sent me home about 5 hours later told me it was acid reflux mind you when I was leaving I was in tears they gave me a sonogram and I was in tears during that . Well I woke up early Friday morning couldn't move in so much pain again went to JPS had to have emergency surgery to get my gallbladder out before it ruptured. Best medical staff I have ever encountered! I was on the 3rd floor for a week and the nurses continued to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I recommend this hospital to anyone seeking emergency care if it is near by.
I really want to Thank all the Staff at Medical Center Alliance. I stayed in ICU 5 from 5-6 to 5-9 and the Nurses on this floor Rock!!!! Katarina, Rodger, Natalie, Claria, Jennifer, Vanessa and Ty down in the Stress test lab & Sarah in the ER!!!!!
I just spent 5 days in room 306 from the minute I arrived in the ER to being released yesterday I have nothing but the highest praise to the nurses and staff, I actually felt sad about leaving!!! Even the food was great!!! I loved how I could pick up the phone at any time and order what I wanted, Everything done or about to be done to me was explained very clearly, Everyone made me feel very special, The staff was always upbeat and happy. Keep it up!! Every hospital should take notes and strive to run like MCA ❤️

I cut my thumb to the bone and had my room mate drive me here because it was the closest. Fastest ER experience ever!!! And they were all so light hearted and genuinely concerned! I had a nurse check in on me frequently even though I only needed stitches! I was in and out in about an hour, and for an evening that could have easily been a nightmare, it was an awesome experience! Thanks guys!
I had a "surprise" appendectomy recently and am so thankful I ended up at Medical Center Alliance. Care Now sent me there when I described my abdominal pain since they do not have diagnostic tools. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and was hooked up to my IV with pain meds in under 20 minutes. I had to stay the night since my surgery was so late and enjoyed my stay (under my circumstances). The Nurses are amazing. Very attentive and made me as comfortable as possible.
