My wife had a heart catheter on 2/10/17. The staff starting at admissions to the Nursing staff in the recovery department were top notch.
The Nurses and Dr.s were super nice, but the amt of time we had to sit and wait in the ER is ridiculous. We were in waiting area for 3.5 hours before my husband was called back to be seen.
This is hospital is great and the nurses are friendly and sweet
Great place to be treated and ER has not been as backed up as the hospitals downtown. I would suggest anyone living in the north Fort Worth/Tarrant area go there. Staff very friendly
I was treated well from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. The staff is amazing and the care exceptional. All future surgeries will be here - it doesn't get better than this. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience. My husband came in yesterday with an extremely hurt lower leg. He was in a lot of pain and felt like he was going to be ill because of it. They were nice in the waiting area and took him back to triage and got him nausea meds but that's where it fell apart. After waiting for two hours for a room in the ER after getting an X-ray, he was put in a room, told by a nurse he was "fine", given a shot in his arm that was given wrong and in the wrong area(I am a nurse), and sent home without a doctor s... read more
I have never waited longer than 3 minutes as an emergency patient .... I've been 3 times, recently went in with my son who broke his left clavicle and was in and out within an hour and a half with a referral to a bone specialist and some good meds to get him thru the weekend. The doctor, Dr. Baselle is amazing and super sweet. The R.N, Pedro is laid back and took care of my son like he was his own!!
