I was sent by ambulance from Carenow as a precaution...I have never been thru an er with xrays and such so quickly...the staff friendly professional and thorough!

Took way too long minor Ear infection i was givin a Script for $276 ear drops when They knew i was uninsured Other than that staff is okay...

Haven't been to this Alliance ER yet but I was at the other one believe me four weeks ago with a heart attack that was the most professional kind on the ball group of nurses and doctors I have ever in my life met all I needed was the Silk pillow to be carried on because they treated you like a queen I cannot give them enough kudos the hospital there on the one on North Tarrant is excellent it's beautiful there's just not enough good to say
I am still a patient here right now and I am miserable. I have never been treated like this ever. I feel humiliated and like I am some joke. There's no one here in the middle of the night to complain too. My doctor is just awful. I don't know what to do!
Very quick and listen to your needs. I was admitted and put in ICU for 3 days and it was like being at a hotel. If they see you sleeping they actually let you sleep. And the food was great. You actually get to call and order your food when you're ready to eat like room service. Love it!
