We brought my grand daughter there for a high fever and lethargy. They were fantastic in the ER. I have never had such a great experience before.
The level of care that I am receiving here is unparalleled. The staff is fab!
I am still currently here and will be discharged later but I have to say this is one of the best hospital experiences I have ever had. I have received excellent care from all the doctors and the nurses. My nurse Kaitlyn D., when I first was admitted made my scary experience a lot easier to deal with. She was so welcoming and warm. My grandmother was admitted 2 days ago for an intestinal blockage. Hospital is clean, nurses nice. The surgeon Dr Frettini told us yesterday that she'd have to wait until 730am today to see if surgery was required. He looked us in the eye and said "I promise I will be here at 730am". She is in pain, was unresponsive all night, no food or water bc of her issue, so every minute wasted is painful, and the Dr no showed. An hour after his "promised" arrival the nurse called him. Not just saying 5 stars because I work here...the ER, ultrasound, and OR staff saved my life...I was having internal bleeding due to circumstances I will not list here. The staff on 2 West was phenomenal (Ruthie, Mike, Noel) in going above and beyond meeting my needs...I am terribly proud of this hospital and the employees here �
My mom wad not feeling good on Saturday afternoon...so I desiderate to take her to the ER, I don't like hospital but I knew she needed to go....Bay point was out of the question and it was close 1 mile from where I live..but I took her to trinity on 54...still nervous it's a hospital...anyway I took her there on Saturday and have been here til now 5 days later..the staff from the ER to the admitted room upstairs have been a God sent.
