I arrived at 7 a.m. It was pretty dead in here. It is now past lunch and still haven't seen a doctor. Now their getting busy. I'm just sitting here waiting on my CAT SCAN results. How long does that take sheesh

I fell and broke my ankle 3 weeks ago and insisted on going to Trinity ER. The ER STAFF were wonderful and helpful. I am sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but you know who you are, thank you. The staff on 5W , including Cassie on the first night I was there were exceptional in keeping me informed due to exceptional pain. Dr Candelora was great in making sure I was taken care of. i will not go anywhere else! EXCELLENT CARE!! if you are planning to become pregnant or looking for a hospital to deliver, theres no better place to go! not to mention, the NICU unit is the best in the region!! No matter what the reason, you can trust this hospital with your life with no worries!!
Awful. They do not care about their patients, only the money. Do not go here for ANYTHING unless you wanna be jerked around and jump diagnoses constantly. If you want any answers, they will not give you any. The staff will walk right by call lights. If you are in a life threatening situation do NOT go to this hospital!! NO urgency from any of the staff here. Why would they even consider themselves an EMERGENCY room?? When I asked where their urgency was, they responded extremely rudely, making my situation all the more stressful! Nobody here treated me nicely until I took the first step in apologizing for being rude because I was stressed & they weren't doing their jobs in the slightest!
