I went to the Emergency Room on March 12th, 2018 and I was very unsatisfied. I went in due to chest and abdominal pain. They took me back right away to do blood pressure and an EKG due to chest pain. My blood pressure was 194/ 114. They were not happy about that. The EKG however showed everything to be fine along with the chest x-ray I believe it was called. No one listens. They give patients only part of their meds and do not listen to the patient or family members when they try to correct them. They have wrong medical histories and refuse to correct these as well. They surprise patients and families about when the patient is going home and do not even discuss plans for aftercare. They seem to abuse insurance by leaving patients, who do not need it, in intensive care. The only good thing in this place is Security and the ER. I would not recommend staying there.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you end up having to go here expect a outrageous bill. I went in cause i sprained my foot and they took xrays for no reason at all and was unnecessary. I just got my bills in and the x-ray alone was $2000 which is super ridicules and on top of that they never sent my financial assistance paper work in to help with my bills like they said they were! So now im stuck with a $2500 bill over a sprained ankle i already knew about!! Only reason on going in cause it was not healing and was 2weeks of pain.
I would like to give a shout out to the L&D. My granddaughter just gave birth which was a premature delivery. Although I wasn't there she communicated all about the care given to her, my great grandson and my grandson. I wish to thank you for doing everything you did. God Bless You all! Thank you.

I just spent 5 days there I’ve had Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome for years all the hospitals in Tampa treated it like a stomach flu..I started at Citrus Park ER Trinity and the transferred me up to the hospital Dr.Lee took over brought in Gastrointestinal doc S. Patel who taught me more about my issue than I ever knew... The 5th floor nursing staff Brandi,Kelly,Tami and more treated me like family never had to ask for meds always looked in on me hands down the best bunch I’ve ever had caring for me in a hospital....I ever get ano... read more
Very caring and friendly healthcare staff. This is my go-to hospital for my family and myself. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
