Not enough room to describe. I was there last night and was treated less than human by my nurse and my Doctor. I took a chance on my health just to get out of there. The word compassion is NOT SPOKEN there. I will say that Amber and Ricky did treat me with compassion and kindness. They should be recognized for their care. The others who shall remain nameless in this post should be ashamed.

Each time my father went to this hospital, the care got worse. My mother and I did more for my father than the nurses did. They are short staffed. The nurses are inept, rude, and uncaring. The ER is a mess as well. Rude staff throughout. It's a shame that this still fairly new facility is so terrible.

My girlfriend just had a baby at this facility and I cant emphasis the terrible care we got enough. Maureen, the nurse, that took care of my daughter was rude and disrespectful. She had no compassion towards my family at all. I would discourage anyone from delivering with Medical Center of Trinity. This time was to bond with my family and the postpartum nurses hardly made this possible.

Nurse manager Greg 2 West 2nd floor is a great nurse manager he truly cares for his patients. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I give him 5***** for his patient care. Thank you Greg for the awesome vanilla latte from Starbucks. It’s so good. You totally rock.

My Mother-in-Law was admitted to this hospital for complications related to a massive stroke that occurred about a week earlier. The nursing staff was relatively helpful. But, we never received a phone call from an admitting/attending physician to discuss updates and plan of care in spite of several requests being placed. Having access to her Medical Portal I noticed several issues that weren’t being addressed properly. I would recommend Medical Center of Trinity to anyone looking for a welcoming and comforting hospital to deliver their baby. I had a 3 night stay after being induced to deliver my baby, and I was very nervous going in not knowing what to expect with my first baby. The nurses and staff were amazing and made me feel more comfortable attending to all of my wants and needs and answering any questions I had. Had a four day stay after being admitted via the ER for a kidney stone. Everyone from the ER staff to the doctors, nurses, and CNAs took excellent care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, understood my treatment and progress every step of the way. My urologist went over and above to make my health his priority and I would like to acknowledge how much I appreciate it. Great experience with staff and doctors. Almost no wait time at all. Right in and out and my health condition was solved as if they had a miracle cure right in the doctors mind. They just really know what they are doing, well trained. The nurse stuck me with the IV tube and i didn't even feel it. I would recommend this place for anyone. They are truly amazing. The Staff really cares a lot about your health and it shows. I'm thankful with all my heart.
