Thank you so much to the staff at Trinity! I had such a great experience with everyone in Preadmit, Cath lab, and Recovery! Dr. Akel did an amazing job. Everyone in the Cath lab was so reassuring and comforting. Also, Josh & Gina who helped me recover were fantastic! I am so thankful for all the caring staff who helped me from start to finish.
On Monday July 9th I dropped into the Medical Center of Trinity for a total hip replacement. I wasn't fully aware of the wonderful teams and staff that I would encounter through the 36 hours! Pre-OP; OR, Post-Op! I would like to thank everyone with the Orthopedic Teams as I am progressing rapidly into full recovery one week later! I enjoyed everyone I met here! Incredible Hands-On Kid Glove care every step of the way. Staying in a hospital is never fun but this was a tremendously rewarding experience. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
This is the Hilton of Hospitals!! I went to the ER last night and I received such caring treatment. EVERYONE was extremely kind, valued my input, listened to me and did not try to force anything on me I did not want. When I left the ER at 3:30 or so A.M., the nurse walked me to the outside door to be sure I was steady on my feet!! I have been at other ER's where just before sending me on my way, they would give me pain meds so I was a zombie driving. Had a breast biopsy there last week. Met the most amazing woman who I’m sure was an angel. She is an RN and her name is Ivy. She functions as a patient liaison. She called me at home in the morning and met me in the waiting room. She followed me through the whole process, answering questions, reassuring me and holding my hand. She made a scary situation tolerable and I will never forget her kindness. In fact everyone in that dept. was professional and wonderful
Worst ER experience ever. Your staff does not give a days a$$ about anyone. I hope your ashamed of how they treat people. DO NOT GO, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.
I had bilateral anterior hip replacement done o 6/25/2018. The staff was excellent. The staff was so caring and accommodating. My RN Junnie was amazing. I had some trying nights and he was on top of everything. Haley was amazing also My LPN Theresa was wonderful in expediting my discharge. I have never experienced such a smooth experience. Ramon, Cassius and Terrence my PCTs were very caring and attentive to my needs. They always came in with a smile on their face which helped tremendously. I was in Trinity Hospital the beginning of the week and I had the most wonderful nurses. A nurse Danielle and Donna when the best they came in I always would have very nice smile on their face and always made me feel good thank you girls I was in room 4140. Trinity Hospital is a good Hospital
They should have a 10 Star rating!!!!! I haven't had many hospital stays nor do I want to, but I was completely amazed at how well the staff treated me.I want to give a big shout out to the following staff, and please forgive me if I missed you or misspelled a name.
