I went into preterm labor on Jan 2, 2019 and delivered our baby via csection by Dr. Smith the morning of Jan 3rd. Our baby ended up staying 10 days in the NICU. We cannot thank the entire staff enough with how compassionate and caring they were for me in labor and delivery, the OR (I wish I remembered the anesthesiologist’s name because he was so great at calming my nerves) and postpartum to the absolutely amazing nurses who cared for our son in the NICU! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would, I went there last night in need of help. I have a pain in my tooth due to a bad wisdom tooth. The pain spread from my mouth to my neck and behind my eye I was in so much pain I was shaking and vomiting. I had two people who couldn’t careless about how I was feeling because it stemmed from a tooth problem. One of their staff members, Sheree Osborne, commented the following on a news article about a sick five-month-old refugee child who had developed Pneumonia, "Here's a quarter call someone who cares! Pneumonia doesnt [sic] work like that. Parents are the blame..build the wall" I would hope that someone working in the medical community would have more compassion for a baby. A poor reflection on the company.
