I had a 1230 appointment,I was told specifically that I would be paid the next day,check my debit card neumerous times have zero balance,Was counting on my money being in my account,this is the second time this as happening,You guys need to communicate batter.
The representative I spoke with at Wake Research was very insistent and seemed to downplay the requirements of the study. They also underestimated the time commitment involved. I had a similar experience with a previous study through this company. I would recommend that Wake Research provide more accurate information to potential participants.
Love doing studies for wake they are a very honest and efficient company the staff there are the best especially Shelly she is so kind and explains everything about the study correctly all the staff deserve a medal and a raise keep up the good work
Great Experience so far with this company! Brenda and all the other staff I interact with are very friendly and helpful. Will participate in more studies with them in the future.
