I have been trying for weeks to pay my bill. When I call the phone number and press 3 for billing, it hangs up on me. I’ve tried going through the main operator at Piedmont Athens Regional. I finally got a human yesterday. She asked me if the bill was for me or another family member. I said, “me”, and the phone disconnected! The website doesn’t work.
