Disrespect
The reviews definitely prove true. Terrible doctor. Terrible front desk staff. Terrible work ethics. Surprised the Ministry of Health hasn't investigated these guys. Will def be making a formal complaint with them. Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor.
The staff are incompetent,their mindset is that of backhome attitude..went to see Dr Decuna very bad attitude as well as the staff chooses who to see first.waited 30 minutes as I was next in walked a family by pass me and send them in..waited almost one hour to see the doctor..It’s first come first serve basis this attitude of back home who u know and send them before the waiting patients are wrong.the ministry of health needs to visit these clinics and ensure that management is running these clinics efficiently and not brin... read more
