I’ve had a great experience living here for the past two years. There is clear communication between the URE staff members and the tenants. The maintenance is always on time and very polite. I’m going to miss MAB when I move out!
We have had a great experience during our time here. Great location and clear communicating management. We have had some various maintenance needs that have been taken care of. Shout out to the property manager, Suzanne for her personal touch making these needs easier for everyone involved.
Living here has been an overall great experience. I love the building. So beautifully renovated and still has parts of the original old building. Lots of history behind it. Definitely needs an indoor trash unit. Wish the mailboxes were bigger to fit packages. The only real issue I’ve had is URE. It’s nice that they are located in the building but when I moved in I had ants which is not acceptable. They didn’t let me get an exterminator come because they have to give them access to the building, and wouldn’t. They only let th... read more
