Have tried calling MAA multiple times and all numbers listed have been disconnected and are no longer in service, are they still in business?
I called them approximately 10 times at different times to discuss my bill, update my address, request a payment split, and inquire about online payment options since they don’t have a website. Despite my efforts, they never answered and eventually sent my information to a debt collection agency. I highly recommend avoiding them.
The lady in billing was extremely rude. Had to deal with her on 2 separate occasions. Made it very difficult for me to give my insurance information so I could get the facility paid. Was appalled when she hung upon me. She wanted me to pay cash instead of use my insurance Which I am on medicaid and that is against the law.
