Great conference with great food, but absolutely terrible customer service and respect for the health professionals who pay lots of money to attend. I have been trying to contact it's only customer service person, who has yet to respond to me, despite numerous phone calls and emails over the last 2 months. Great if you don't have concerns or questions, but don't expect help if you do.
