I called this evening with questions as I didn’t understand the process completely. Greg (supervisor/manager) worked diligently to assist me and speak to me with understanding. He helped me with a settlement offer that assisted my current situation. We were on the phone almost 2hrs. I really appreciate his mannerisms and patience.
