We live in a neighborhood with underground utilities. Over 9 months ago, we had to get a new cable run from the box about 3 houses up the street to the box in our yard. We were told that a different team would be out in a week or so to bury the cable. We have communicated with Mediacom on numerous occasions, to be told each time that it would be soon and that it is next on their list. It still sits in the gutter and crossing driveways, so cars run over it regularly. Any rain and service is poor. This is not acceptable.
