Walked in and returned equipment for a lady in hospice. The rep took the returned modem and logged it in the system, gave me a receipt and thank me. Then I told her it was from a lady in Hospice, she was very kind. That means a lot these days A lot of people won't even look up and acknowledge your there.
This review is for this office location from 2020 +/-. The front desk had a grouchy old lady. When I came in, she looked at me like I wasn't welcomed. I brought in my remote that stopped working. She never smiled. It seemed like I wasn't welcomed. I hated going there because of her attitude. Hopefully she has been dismissed. UPDATE - Aug. 2022 - I Hate the new "Improved" remotes and cable boxes. No more setting reminders for upcoming shows.
