Ames staff matt is rude. Does not ask important questions. Makes assumptions and will blow smoke to get you out the door. He will cut you off mid sentence and basically tell you there isnt anything he can do.. its not that he couldn't however, He just made an excuse instead. He did not care what tech support over the phone had instructed us to and do his response and rudeness was inappropriate.
Intermittent, and frequent, internet outages make remote work impossible. Be forewarned that Mediacom will not acknowledge outages that directly impact work.

Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
Servicio lento, las pantallas se ven pixeleadas o no cargan, facturas en aumento cada mes, trabajadores de servicio a cliente despotas, (les explican el problema, se hacen los locos y rudos), cada dos semanas aproximadamente desconectan por horas el servicio para hacer mantenimiento,( el cual no se ve reflejado en el servicio por el que se paga), el router se desconecta. Monopolizando 👎🏻
