The staff is amazing. The office is very clean and welcoming. They give you the option to watch what you want on the TV while at your appointment. Dr. S is helping me restore my smile and chewing capabilities. Fillings were done very quick and very little to no discomfort! I look forward to continuing to use this office for all dental needs.
I went to see Dr. Viviana Portillo, and she was excellent. She took the time to make sure I was fully numb before starting my fillings and checked in often to be sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Throughout the whole process, she made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. At the end, she was very thorough and careful, making sure everything was perfect. I had such an amazing experience at Media Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this dentist office if the idea of the dentist scares you. I haven’t had work done in about 6 years and before that it was even longer, but I decided to come into media family dentistry a few months ago and just get a cleaning and consultation on how to restore my health. They set me up with a gum therapy plan and today I had 3 tooth extractions. The whole process went smoothly and took maybe 45 minutes with no pain due to the numbing. Dr S. Recently moved to media and needed to find a new dentist. I had 2 fillings done at my previous dentist that needed to be re-addressed. From the front staff to the hygienist, to the owner, excellent service. They made me feel comfortable advised me on everything they were doing and getting ready to do. All around a great dentist!
