One year with Media 3 taking over Clinton, Ar area Service is so poor. They cannot keep technicians hired fast enough for all the complaints. We should band together to figure out a better cable and internet service. Very poor customer service 1-800 so what? Had wonderful family owned and operated service before. Media 3 so big and so dysfunctional. Choose another company if you can. Getting any refund for broken service is a fight. Personally I am done with them!

My business has been in a contract with Media 3 for at least two years. We have consistently had poor internet service. Media 3 has came up with every excuse under the sun to blame the poor service on us. We have replaced the wireless router with the one requested. We have upgraded to the highest tier of service available. We have repetitively called to complain. When we have tried to cancel service, they remind us we are under contract. I am a customer of Media 3 and my internet has been out since March 19th. Tech Support stated they do not know what is going on. However I have no internet and as of earlier today I lost a lot of my normal channels. This company is a winner of not knowing what is going on with there network infrastructure.
