I have been waiting over a MONTH for them to literally just run the fiber cable underground to give me internet. I have called every day since the man who said he would come back the next day did not. And I am not getting anywhere. Nobody does anything. Theres only one number to call. I cant speak to a supervisor. The only thing that can be done is someone talking to someone else. And *** already explained that i need a refund if no one is going to do their job and no one is taking me seriously or even trying to help. I hear... read more

Absolutely the worst internet providers i have ever dealt with. Only get half the speed you pay for. I pay for 50mb package and only get 25mb. If i added up all the times it goes down every day then i would only get 80% of used internet a month. I should only get charged the price of the 25mb plan and i would be happy. So i switch to the 25mb plan and guess what? I only get 10mb, so when i call and ask why am i not getting atleast 20mb they say speeds vary and arent guaranteed. But like i said the 50mb plan had a solid 25mb ... read more

Almost as good as windows 98 with dial up modem. Dial up was more reliable. I lose not so swyft at least 4 or more times per day. Unfortunately, we have little choice. I suspect that if fiber ever comes available here, not so swyft will be a memory to many present customers. If I didn't need it for my alarm system, I'd cancel.

Very poor service! Im 75, been having my bill each month drafted out of my account for over 15 years in December they charge their equipment so my draft was not taken out , they didnt notify me! So in February,I received a disconnect ! I called told lady I would pay a payment and half until paid! I paid them. I again received a disconnect! I called! They would not do it again! It was their fault that this happened! I just needed help ! I was going to pay,and did! I had to go into my little savings to get it because it was su... read more

**************** is a joke. They never show up when they say they will, after making you wait 4 weeks for an appt. And when they dont show up and you call and ask why, you guessed it! The next available appt isnt for another 4 weeks. Also, they went up $40/mo on their rate for service that is in and out and you cant get help with. You also have to pay your bill ON the day it is due or you will be disconnected and have to pay a $450 reconnect fee. I can understand not wanting delinquent accounts, but I never get my paper bill... read more

I'D RATE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!In a small town, our only choices for internet service were SWYFT and the local phone company (which required having a landline).We do not have a landline, so our only choice was SWYFT.Internet speed is lacking. We have buffering on almost every TV show at least once. Reliability and customer service are absolutely ZERO! We lose connectivity, on average, two or three+ times/month. Sometimes for over 24 hrs. Swift in ************** is a joke. Our internet has been down for weeks and they could care less and give false promises. I was informed my modem was bad so I bought another. Called the following day to have them connect the new modem and the next person tells me that's not the issue and someone would be there that afternoon to fix cause its completely out on the map. No one shows, called the next day, same thing... someone is coming out asap that day but worst case it will be first thing the following morning... Guess what?... read more

This far by the worst cable service in history. I pay my bills every month before time never missed a payment. Returned home from vacation and service was off. My daughter called to see what was going was told they havent received payment. I sent payment of 12/05/2022 and they are saying on 12/15/2022 that they dont have payment. I was informed to send a picture of money order via email which I do e so 4 times . I understand that living in a rural location, you only have limited access to high speed internet and cable service, Oakdale has always had sub standard service, from whatever company is serving the area. Our latest nightmare is Swyft Connect. Whenever you have a problem, the people who answer their phones, will lie to you. Customer Service is a complete joke. Someone really needs to look into this company!!!
