Note to BBB: You REALLY need a ZERO STAR RATING for businesses like Swyft!!! Service goes down C O N S T A N T L Y ! ! ! They keep promising to "credit" my account -- but it is a lie. I never get credit. I have actually worked in CCTV for surveillance systems (designed / sold / serviced / installed) so I can check my cables to make sure that there isn't a problem 'on my end'. Absolute GARBAGE! The most unreliable and lazy provider out there! I finally gave up and abandoned their cable service recently, but working from home and online school, I've kept the internet as it's the fastest, and nearly only option here. However, I have to pay extra on my *** phone bill for hotspot coverage (which is faster, cheaper, more reliable than Swyft) just so I can have internet consistently because the only thing that is consistent with Swyft is being inconsistent. With work from home being the new normal, swyft connect gouges its costumers $100 a month for internet that goes down once a week at least. For hours at a time. They also won't credit your bill unless its down for a full 24 hours. So the people behind the deska in our small town who have no other options lose work get price gouged and no reimbursement for their shotty internet that works 70% of the time. The upload caps at 5 mbps for 100 a month too.. where even att has a better cap than these guys. Why are they charging us ... read more

I would leave a no star rating if I could. This company is insisting I pay for services that I never received. We signed up for internet services in our area from Cable South Media 3, now doing business as Swyft Connect, and rarely, if ever, had a signal or internet services. I called several times to notify them that my service was down, and none of their contact info (phone number and email) would patch me through to get any feedback or allow me to report a problem. Constantly getting disconnected. 90% of the time when I call about it, I'm told it's an area wide issue. I pay for the 35mbps and rarely get anything over 20mbps. Zero answers at all on customer support line yesterday, and had someone answer the call just to instantly hang back up today. It's taking almost a full week to get a tech out here, after I went around the tech support line. Don't give your money to these thieves.

Easily the worst service I have ever experienced. It should be illegal for a company to charge for services they cannot provide. Their cable signal is prehistoric. They don't provide digital service and don't have boxes that use HDMI cables. The picture is distorted constantly and the internet is completely unreliable. I have called dozens of times and cannot get service. I have requested a manager return call 8 times VI's telephone and email and still no response. My next call is to the FCC. Media 3 said they serviced our address. We ordered internet and cable. The tech guy came to the house and said he apologized but service ended next door. I asked for a manager to call to discuss service. No one called. My husband called the Greenbrier office and was told someone would look into service and call back. No one called back. My husband called again and asked if service lines would/could be extended and was blown off and again promised a call back. No calls were returned to him or I. If you live in southeast Arkansas don't be fooled by media 3 cable internet. I had it for 45 days and there is nothing good about their service. Reliability was terrible. Had internet about 12 hours per day. Service is terrible. Call center unhelpful. Pricing is a rip off.

I have had CableSouth Media 3 in Conway Arkansas for almost 3 years, I work from home, I am in software. The entire time I have had Media3 - they "were experiencing Network issues due to lots of upgrades" The Technicians that have came to my house almost weekly were unable to do anything or had even any knowledge of what they were doing besides "How to unplug the Modem and plug it back in" Today is 7/13/2017 - and I have had "Network issues in my area" that started on the 21st already.
