Dr Medhane is a very knowledgeable doctor, one of the best podiatrists in GWMFA. She has done an excellent job with my son and other patients I have represented.. She has no responsibility for her receptionist staff's behavior which changes almost every 6 months.

I broke my foot again (stress fracture), and I have called Dr. Medhane's office nine times over the last 48 hours. I have not received a call back and will be going to the E.R. The front office staff is non-responsive, and I am not even sure if she is receiving the messages. I have to go through a call center, and wait extensively on hold to leave a message.
