Cannot speak for their sales side, but I do not recommend their service side of the dealership. I have only had light maintenance work done and warranty service. I really wish it was a better experience. I even tried them for second time almost two years apart. That was my mistake. And when you call to speak to a manager about the problem it's a phone tag game or they are never available for a phone call.
I recently purchased a truck and had the opportunity to deal with Ken. Ken is amazing! Very thorough!! No pressure! I will definitely will be coming back!! Thank you so very much!
my friend bought a 2013 f350 from this dealer. medford motors only covered half of the repair and tow just one week after my friend bought the truck. the starter locked up and left his family stranded. he called dealer to fix and was told originally it was covered. Come to find out later he has to pay half the bill which was $408. I would think the dealer would at least cover vehicle for 30 days 100%
Used this group for a rental van to take my Mom and others to see my brother in the hospital, very comfortable and roomy ride. Thanks for helping to pull off our miracle.
