Jason and Jennifer were very nice and very helpful, they went above and beyond to help my daughter in law in getting her first vehicle...We searched for days to find a good place that would help her and was having a lot of problems until we went there and they helped without a doubt in putting her in a vehicle. Not a positive experience buying our truck. Was sold to us as a consignment and sale was full of miscommunication. Blower motor (heat)went out days after purchase and without warning, 3 months later we get a repair bill for that service because the dealership won't stand behind the sale and cover this repair. Very unhappy with how this whole thing has been handled. We feel abandoned.

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Raptor this last Saturday. We went there to look at it on a Saturday and had the pleasure to work with Cheryl Olesen. She was amazing, so friendly, and so quick that we were able to leave with it the same day we looked at it. I highly recommend Medford Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We are beyond happy with the service we received and will definitely be back the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle.
Ryan was great on answering all our questions on our new truck. He was very patient going over rebates and financing options. Helped linked our phones to the truck system. No pressure. Was a pleasure to deal with him. Everyone there is so friendly. Great folks! And we were able to get our maple syrup there too!!!
