Doctors and the X-ray tech were awesome and so great to my 4 yr old
Waited over 2 hours to get an incorrect diagnosis. Not worth it. 2nd time same issue.
The nicest people EVER !!! Not only did someone find my wallet while I was waiting to see the dr with my grandchildren........my grandson left his phone there and I called 2 days later and they had it. Anyone could've kept it but they turned it in !!!
Place sucks!!! $119 to look at my face and tell me to go to Christiana. Didn't clean it, give me stitches, or anything. Look at it and said go to the hospital. Waited 45 mins to look at me for 30 seconds.
I have used many walk in urgent care centers, and was pleasantly surprised when I had to use Med Express. From the very state of the art front office, to the treatment by the knowledgeable staff my asthma attack was alleviated on a Friday evening with no additional anxiety being added on by medical office confusion.
