I just want to give a shout out to the doctors, nurses & staff at MedExpress Walk-In Care on Kirkwood Hwy... the front desk that have to deal with the idiots that are in a hurry & don’t read the sign on the door before entering, stating to call before entering so they can ask the prerequisite questions & have someone come up to take your temperature BEFORE entering ...and yes, I was one of those idiots 🤣 that just ASSUMED the sign on the door said stop ✋ to remind us to put a mask on.. although it was a long wait, which the... read more

Went to Med Express this evening due to a health problem, and was very pleased with the services received. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend this site to anyone seeking health services.

If you have to use them save your payments receipts. They will not give you service unless you pay. Then when you do you will later get a bill saying you didn’t. And the main office won’t help. I also went in twice but didn’t receive service because it was to early to take out my stitches. No service, but they billed my insurance company two times and now want me to pay two co pays. This is a racket and shame to our community

My daughter complained of chest pain and shortness of breathe which caused a PNES episode. Brought her into medexpress to address the breathing concern...they only focused on her PNES (which is not a medical emergency). I told the doctor and the nurses that several times however they called for an ambulance and my daughter was transported back to the hospital even though I told them she had just been discharged the day before...the Medexpress doctor replied "obviously outpatient isn't working". My husband went in for a wound on his finger that is infected. He paid $119 to see a doctor's assistant and was told that he needed to go to the ER, they couldn't treat him there. I don't know how they can get away with this- they are literally stealing money from people. The doctor's assistant that treated my husband never even examined him; she briefly looked at it and never even touched him- she came into the room just to tell him to go to the ER!!!
