How horrible! Two hours for a urine sample? They are just deliberately and intentionally slow. It seems as if they’re trying to justify their 8-hour day. Employees just chatting, joking around and acting foolish while just a few people sit and wait and wait to be acknowledged. Then when one woman complained about the wait, she was called immediately although she was the last one in. Really aggravating and totally unprofessional.
