Staff was friendly. That’s about the end of it. Went in for a DOT physical. I called the day before, and asked what I needed to bring. I was told I needed my ID, nothing else. When I arrived this morning, I filled out paperwork indicating medications and conditions. When I was taken back, I was asked to verify the information they had entered. This place wasted so much of my time needlessly! I called ahead to make sure that they offer physicals for foster parents which includes a very specific form. I was assured they did and told to come in. So I drove the 30+ minutes from my home to the nearest office. I went to the office and handed my physical form to two different receptionists. RecommendedI have always had a great experience at Med Express in Kokomo. Today, Christmas Eve, was no different. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. Dr. Walton showed compassion and was able to prescribe me an antibiotic to get me on the road to better health. Within an hour and fifteen minutes I was in and out (prescription even filled there). I highly recommend this facility.
Staff are so nice. The care I have received from the medical staff is excellent. They show care and compassion. Been many times and no bad experience. Love the hours when I can’t see my own doctor.
I have great insurance and I had to pay 50 when I walked in and then got a bill for another 125.00 for steroids! next time I'll go directly to the e.r it would only be 100.00 to walk in there. med express is a complete joke. they should just close this place. people its cheaper to go to an emergency room..

The doctor completely misdiagnosed our son. They prescribed medication for him which was unnecessary. They also charged us $50.00 extra which was not authorized. When I called in to settle the situation, the secretary Mariah hung up on me. Another time our daughter needed stitches. She is young. They did not check to make sure she was numb all of the way prior to putting in the sutures. She screamed and cried violently in pain. They didn’t stop. They just continued stitch her up. I sat in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a simple UA test for pre-employment. The only 2 ladies there that were doing the tests just randomly went on a 30 minute break with a line of 5 people all needing the SAME test done. Take turns people!! Don’t leave us all waiting! Definitely won’t ever be here again!
This office is running ransom money making, Dr Walton is real crooked who doesn't provide medicine, he says to visit primary doctor as he is not aware, asks pateints to Google n asks us to leave, do not visit this unless it's very very critical
