Excellent service. Dr. Was awesome and the staff was very friendly.
I've been to Medexpress a few times, not just for myself, but also my 2 son's. The staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful, the wait times are excellent and the care is wonderful. Every doctor we've seen has been very knowledgeable and compassionate. I actually had a visit this past week for Influenza, I've been calling him Dr. Tim, whom I've seen a few times, is so unbelievable nice and understanding. Thank you Medexpress for all you do.

Wish there was a negative review because I would have picked that. After waiting over an hour to see the nurse, Im sure we never saw a doctor, and I think this nurse was still in college, she rushed through the visit, blamed my babies severe cold on "Pittsburgh Allergies", began to "Google" info about giving infants Medicine, then tried to charge me $15 for amoxicillin (when its $4-$5 everywhere else.) We were here in PA visiting for the holidays and will be happy to return home and follow up with my child's own pediatrician... read more
(One star because not possible to give a negative.) I went in to get treated for poison ivy and was told that they could not treat me until I paid for my last transaction. That I had a bill in collections. I assure you I never recieved a bill. After applying for a mortgage over the last few months, I know I do not have a bill in collections BECAUSE MY CREDIT HAS BEEN CHECKED OVER AND OVER. So, I am home now, untreated, and here I hold my reciept for my last transaction. Lost a customer for life.
Came in on Sunday for something on the back of my leg...the doc took a quick look at it and said hmmmm...hmmm...I'll give you and antibiotic. Well what is it? I have no idea, could be any number of things but here is a script for amoxicillian that should take care of it. Goodbye. Not to mention it looked like he was wearing part of his lunch n his scrubs.
