TRASH😂 y’all have horrible customer service.
I called and asked how to get a Covid test. I was told to call when I get in the parking lot. So I drive there call them. I was told that they are not seeing patients bc they have a 3hr wait (parking lot was empty and so was the waiting room) I said I just spoke with someone about getting a test... she said no one here spoke with me. 🙄 I won’t be going back

RecommendedI cut my thumb at work real bad so I went to Med Express and my experience was phenomenal!! Very caring made sure I was comfortable. Best care I had in a long time! Thanks again!
I would rather go there and spend 20-45 minutes then to go to the emergency room and spend up to 7 hours waiting
This is my second bad experience here. Both because I am a nursing mother. The first time I had to fight for antibiotics. The second time I was refused them after being told I was going to get them. All because I said I needed something breastfeeding friendly. Then all of a sudden I have to wait a week for something that is just going to get worse daily to be treated. I will never go back. I will be going to my family Dr in the morning (which I would have done anyways had I not felt terrible tonight). So thanks med express f... read more
