I sat in the Fremont ER for an hour in total discomfort before I was told I would wait at least another hour, so I went to Med Express. The girls were super polite even tho I was totally cranky and a total mess. I was checked in, seen by the Dr who actually conversed with me and checked out with prescriptions within 40 minutes... Huge improvement from the previous urgent care! Thanks ladies.... I'll be recommending you. Oh and I finally got to eat lol
Very nice facility and Staff. Wait was not long at all. I will definitely go back if needed!
There was a long wait but the staff communicated about the wait every step of the way so it made it manageable. The facility is great and the staff was wonderful.
Got there right as they opened in a Saturday and was out in less than 40 minutes. The staff was friendly, quick and very professional. Facilities were beautiful and CLEAN, unlike other Urgent Care clinics I've been in. Will definitely come back if needed!

My granddaughter received excellent care their. We would definately recommend them to anyone. They are the best Urgent Care in town for sure!!!
