What a joke, took my daughter in tonight, Dr. examined her, Dr. got mad she coughed in his face (she just turned 4 fyi) and then when gave diagnosis stated (his exact words) "however I'm unsure of myself". Glad tomorrow is Monday, heading to Primary Dr. for real treatment.
As bad as I felt walking in there the doctor the nurses and the staff made me personally feel better and not as afraid as I had no idea what was happening to me... I would recommend anyone to go there... I just want to thank Med Express and their friendly staff and wonderful doctor who took care of my health and well being...
The doc didn't even feel my son's hand which was covered in spider bites and cellulitis.. was in there less than 10 minutes..
The doctor was great she tended to me with respect and got me in and out quickly
We were traveling from Ohio to Topsail NC and my daughter had to be seen for a high fever the 1st day of vacation. I was a mess because we are so far from home and she was sick but everyone at MedExpress was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We got in and out in a very short time and now we have made it to Topsail NC and my girl is feeling much better! She ended up with her first run in with strep throat. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful!
The nurses were wonderful to my daughter last night. Even gave her a t shirt when she got sick on her clothes. We were seen pretty quick but the physician forgot about us. Finally an office manager or nurse came in an hour and half after the Dr left and told us we could go. It's a good place to go after hours if you need care immediately.
