RecommendedReally disappointed in the check in process today. I was lied to when I asked do you have my secondary insurance on file. This time in the year my insurances pay 100%. But still had to pay a balance I shouldn’t had to pay if someone would have scanned my insurance card in properly. Really don’t see how a balance from the end of Aug could be in collections already. Was told that my sore throat, swollen tonsils, and swollen cervical lymph nodes were all due to GERD. The PA didn’t even take the time to do a physical exam! A huge waste of time and money! Will never go back!
I’m not sure why we persist in going to Med Express... for pediatric patients they are essentially worthless. Prescribe all kinds of things with no diagnosis. Dr. James Morgan in particular should NOT be allowed to evaluate children.
Waiting was long but glad I came in as I was starting to get viral bronchitis. Had everything sent over to Walmart pharmacy for me so I was able to get everything late last night, instead of having to go back out again today. Highly recommend if you need care or a prescription filled quickly. Very nice staff as well.
Quick, convenient and through Al the staff are personable and competent
This has been the worst experience I have had here. My son is 3 years old and they have been awful with him. I do not recommend bringing children here
Possibly one of the rudest doctors i have ever seen! He didn’t even give my son a proper exam and tried to send us home with no treatment or answers. We will not return to this office. Total waste of time.
I think the doctors here just play pretend and pull out of a hat what they think is wrong. Every time I've taken my son they have diagnosed him wrong and as for me and my husband, we always leave feeling unsure of what's actually wrong with us.
