Great urgent care medical facility. Caring and compassionate staff.
Misdiagnosed my mother in law and now she's in icu 24 hours later on a ventilator.
So grateful with a guy nurse that I had today ..... He helped me out so much with my baby girl today .... Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Today was my first visit to Med Express. I have been experiencing chest congestion and cough. I was checked in pretty quickly, and within 70mins I had seen the PA, got a shot and 3 Prescriptions and on the way back to work ! I was very impressed with the reception area, the staff was very polite and great customer service. I am recommending Med Express to all my friends and family. If your General Physician can’t see you when you are sick, why go there for a physical. Med Express can do it all !
I love Dr. Hivley and most of the Front Desk are nice but there are a few that are very Rude . But after Today they lost my family of 6 business my daughter as 2 insurances and they said we had a Bill for 340.00 and would not see her until I paid the bill excuse me I am not paying a Bill because u guys can can't get ur billing straight. So guess what we are at Centra Health being seen with no problems with her 2 Insurances.
I came home to Danville for a family reunion but hurt my eye so I went to MedExpress shortly after arriving. The staff was so caring and professional. They worked diligently to help and get me to an eye doc for further assistance and even called to check on me! I'm so thankful for the folks at MedExpress and i highly recommend them!
Have always had great a tentative doctors. Always quick in and out don't sit there for hours. The front desk staff is always friendly and very explaining to details of insurance. Would recommend anyone to go to Med Express in Danville Virginia. Thanks for great medical attention.
