The people at this business are very nasty rude . They misdiagnose you and tell you one thing and it not true . The doctor is the worst I would not recommend nobody to go to them . Sentara health is a lot better friendly and caring . Med express get no star at all .

I have had a difficult time. I’ve helped PA George Wade navigate the American Health Care System and how to prescribe or what to prescribe (instead of him looking it up himself on HIS TIME #FORMULARY) many times and today with his attitude he has truly...failed me.
Women at Front Desk i don’t know her name MedExpress Urgent Care was extremely rude. She would ask me a question and when I would get ready to give her answer she would look at me and rudely say “hello” as if I couldn’t hear her. I have a speech impairment. She was very impatient. She even tossed a sticky note pad and pen at me and told me to write my answers down since I wasn’t fast enough to answer her. was very plz with our visit there..everone was very nice and was in and out very quick to.. and the dr. explained deal to deal with us..very plz..awesome staff
Took my wife there for an ear infection and paid them a $50 copay. They gave her an ear drop which had no effect. They said they wanted to see her again but when she went back, they refused to see her without another $50 copay and also refused to call her in an antibiotic. We declined that and will go to a more reputable facility for the next visit but we'll make sure everyone knows how you're treated here. 200.00 to be seen and to be diagnosed Wrong!! What a joke! This place is good for maybe colds! Shame we have know where else to go besides the ER if you have something else going on!! As they say someone always graduates at the bottom of the class and they have to start off somewhere. For myself a week in pain and another co-pay to see another doctor and Medicine, I’m finally feeling better.
