staff was top notch this morning, I opted for Med Express on the drive to Bemidji while thinking about the ER wait at the main hospital. glad I did.
Great service! The staff were very friendly and informative. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a treatment plan and all my questions answered. I highly recommend MedExpress! Thank you for your awesome service!
I've never been asked for a picture i.d. for clinic before ANYWHERE!! SO I LEFT.
MedExpress is awesome!! Every single person working was SO friendly and made me feel welcome as a new patient. . It probably took about 20 minutes for my whole appointment (ear problems) from check-in to check-out and I felt like I was treated like a sister/friend rather than a patient. Thank you Ladies!! Now I can hear again!!
I love this place!!! Staff was so nice and excellent service!! Will never go to Sanford Walk In again!!! My FNP Mark was the BEST!!!!
